Hit invisible NPC

Description: I was driving my car, and hit an invisible NPC in front of Digi-den near THC. It's not the first invisible NPC problem to be happening in the area, where people are being attacked by NPC ghosts sometimes on the corner of THC. Something strange is going on in the area.

Repeatability: I don't know if I can repeat it- as I couldn't see the invisible NPC to begin with, so I don't know what caused it.
