High Risk Drug Sales

The High-Risk Drug sales seem to be less productive than the neutral ones at the moment. I can hardly sell more than 4 at a time after selling several hundred. a few days ago, I was able to sell upwards of 10 at a time and got anywhere from 8 to 10 quite often.
