"Helpful tool" Not giving any tool

The house robbery items guy that you sell TV's, Microwaves, Blenders etc to gives you a prompt sometimes to "Buy a useful tool" for £2000 however he does not give you the tool even if you have the correct amount of money on you. Tried multiple times and he just does nothing when you try to buy the tool off of him.

Reproduction steps:

1. Sell items to the guy until the prompt to buy the tool comes up.

2.Third eye and try to buy the tool with $2000 on you.

3.You will not recieve the tool.

Expected Behaviour: When you try to buy the item, him actually give it to you.

Actual Behaviour: Nothing happens.
