Head Bopping to Music on Radio

Please add head bopping back for when the radio in the car is playing music. This is a Vanilla feature that occurs when the radio is playing music and adds immersion because all of the people in the car can be seen bopping their heads to the music as it plays. Once the music is off they stop the animation as well. It is also a bit funny depending on what the characters look like in the car. (i.e. a bunch of clowns)

This used to work if the driver was playing the radio but has since been disabled since the In Character radio stations have been added to the server in replacement to the copyrighted radio stations.
