Have Internals be done by "Third Eye"

Currently when doing internals you have to face the vehicle at a certain location and then use the part from your inventory. This can be difficult at times including if there is a vehicle in the next bay over and you are "looking at both".

A nice change could be when you third eye a location on the vehicle. For example if you third eye the drivers right tire it gives the option to use the tire repair kit as long as it in your inventory. This may working on internal be easier and work similar to body repairs.
