Harnesses installed in vehicles

Ideally, I believe harnesses should be a type of permanent installation on a vehicle (whether it be a car, truck, golf cart, etc.) for a fee at a shop. It could be used instead of a seatbelt if it is installed and remains on the car as an "upgrade", unless the owner wants it removed, etc. I think the current harnesses could stay as a temporary option, but I believe that permanent harnesses on vehicles can benefit the Quality Of Life for all kinds of RP, whether it be PD, EMS, racers, offroad entrepreneurs, or just your everyday driver. I do believe if the option was available, that many would get one installed on their vehicle permanently, as well as temporarily still.
