Harness Rates

So there are 2 Harnesses one at higher cost for 7days. And other one at lower cost.

The one which lasts for 1day is available at 135 SVC at the Racing scenario.

Suppose one needs to go to Boosting, it would be more costly for him/her to pay for Harness then he earns from the Boosting.

So the Boosting SVC prices can be reduced in the racing houses.
