Handcuff duplication glitch?

I noticed in city when I was messing around with some friends that if somebody has been handcuffed and 2 people uncuff them at the same time, each of them gets a set of handcuffs returned to them. Basically making this a duplication glitch. I dont know if this has been reported before or if it was just a one time glitch but I wanted to make staff aware if it is still possible to do.

1) handcuff a player

2) have two people use third eye at the same time and ‘uncuff’ said handcuffed player

Expected: only the player that used the uncuff action first should receive a set of handcuffs

Actual: both players uncuffing receive a set of handcuffs
