Hair Toggle Command/F1 Option

Description: A command like /hair and/or an F1 toggle in the clothing menu to remove or re-add your hair. Similar to what you can do by selecting texture 1 in the hair style section of the clothing menu.

Reason: Allow male peds to have a set hair style and use helmets without un-immersive hair clipping. My hair style does not work with helmets. Therefore, in a outfit that might use one, I have to change hair style. A command would fix this as whenever I would wear a helmet I could take my hair off. And right before taking off my helmet I can re-add my hair.

Additional context: QoL and allow for more creative outfits without sacrificing a potentially signature hairstyle. Probably easy to implement.
