Hacking USB (fleeca)

I believe that the USB used for the fleeca bank should have a longer decay timer. Not being in a gang makes it harder to come about this item. With it not being directly obtainable to civilians outside of gangs we really only get the opportunity to buy them when the gangs don't plan on using them. Since we are smaller in numbers it is harder to ensure everyone is in the city to do the job. The USB only last like 2 days and then it is gone. I am sure there is a reason they are set to decay so quickly however it makes it so difficult to get into heist without joining gangs.

If there is a specific reason that the USB should decay so quickly then maybe it can be balanced with the ability to have direct access to the purchase of the item. I understand not wanting everyone to have access to hit the banks but smaller non affiliated groups struggle to get their hands on the USB and when we do get the opportunity it would be nice to be able to have a few days to get everyone in the city.
