Hachura S class pickup

When you pick up the S class car “Hachura” everything is normal until you get in the area of the spawn for the boost car.

How it happens:

1. I wait in queue for the boost until “Hachura” pops up for an S class car.

2. I go and kill the locals and get close to the area where the vehicle is supposed to be.

3. When I enter the area that normally spawns the car it says “there’s an issue with the vehicle”

4. No vehicle is there or around the area, nothing to lock pick so we just leave.

Expected behavior: I kill the locals spend 600 SVC I expect the car to be there to boost and be able to drive.

Actual behavior: When I approach the pickup spot there is no car. The car never spawns and it’s not at random it happens every time someone accepts it.
