Being able to craft guns

So let me explain why I think Echo should add this and how it could work. I think it would add more roleplay to the crim side of things as well as DOJ , like lets say you can order parts from the gun plug or order them from some dark web/black market and it takes 3-4 days before you actually get them and then you can take those parts to cayo and make them and there could be like a leveling system, you can start off with small handguns and work your way up to Automatic weapons, and on the DOJ side of things they could do investigations on weapon smuggling and illegal crafting or whatever, and lets say the DOJ gets ahold of the location of the weapon crafter they can "raid" it and it would be moved. Just a thought i had and it would be really cool to implement, let me know what you guys think!
