Guardian truck unusable

Yesterday before main storm a friend got into my truck and it fell into the void, since then iv tried getting it repaired and pulling it in and out of garages, with the truck unlocked nobody can enter the truck unless they are escorted and seated in the vehicle. Mechanics are also unable to repair it currently apparently. Multiple Tsunami's have not fixed it. Plate number is 14Y2HT73
