Gruppe Six/ Bobcat job for solo and groups

Description - Add a job that allows people to meet new players, Become a whitelisted career ran by players.

Reason - It would provide another legal avenue for law abiding players to go down whilst creating some unique and interesting RP situations. It could also become another whitelisted career that people who are interested in becoming LEO’s could use to gain experience. Add in some custom gruppe six clothing and vehicles and i think it would be a very unique thing that could be done better than other communities. Additonally if this job does become a player owned buisness then the potential for more RP scenarios would increase such as assisting at hospitals, Buisness venues and also for private events like weddings and funerals etc.
