Go karting not working

Reproduction steps:
1. Go to the go karting place on the map

2. Try and rent a go kart with the npc via '3rd eye'

3. The NPC will take your money

4. Look for your kart and unable to see it.

5. When you try to return kart, there is 'nothing to return'

Expected behavior: For the Go Kart to spawn and allow you try it.

Actual behavior: The NPC takes your money and does not spawn the go kart to drive.
