Garbage Truck Job Not Working

Trash Job isn't working correctly. You will be assigned a job, but the truck will not work and you will not be given a route. You will also not be able to "End Shift". You can start as many shifts as you want but none of them will work. You will also be stuck with "Your Garbage Truck" until you fly out.

Reproduce

Step One: Walk up to city worker

Step Two: Start Shift (you will be given a JobID) and assigned a truck

Step Three: Enter Truck (you will not be able to start it like normal, requires hotwire)

Summary

Will assign jobid, and truck, but will not assign route and will not allow you to end shift.
