Garage Model Mismatch ban bug

Car randomly changed plates when mugging a local and searching a trunk. Upon storing car I was hit with a ban for Garage Model mismatch.

Steps: 1. Mug local
2. Search trunk
3. store car

1. Before mugging a local my license plate was normal. Upon finishing the mugging of the local and searching the trunk you can see my license plate changed.
