Gang Suggestions

Drug Selling

Some sort of clearly labeled system in which gangs could sell drugs in specific locations, and it would be marked on the map as to which group "controls" that location. Controlling a location could lead to additional profits from selling in the area, or a higher chance of receiving certain items from trading with the locals. This would incentivize organic gang vs gang interaction, as well as promote a competitive environment within gangs.
At the moment there's no real organic reason for gangs to interact with each other besides taxing occasionally and random encounters.

Gang App

This is something that is probably more complicated to implement, but it would tie into the drug turf suggestion. Some sort of application where you could add members to your gang, and maybe a way to communicate between the group in-character. This would promote more in-character communication rather than discord. This could be a tool to tie the drug sales to a specific group or organization as well. I'm sure there would be other uses for this app, that could potentially be tied into the Gun Plug as their operations are changing to be shifted to more in-character means as well.

Revisiting Roster Limits

This isn't something I had always agreed on to be fair, I always assumed that 30 people was a considerable amount of members to have in your gang. As time goes on, the server grows, and so do your relationships in character. People are around in different time zones as well as just times of the week in general. It wouldn't necessarily hurt to raise the cap a little bit I don't think. Not something super important, but maybe could be considered. Could even add 5 extra people and it would be significant.
