Game freezes when filling in dynasty 8 form

Description: I open up the dynasty 8 contact form and go through it. I can fill it in. However if I try to click "close website" or "close all" or any app on the phone I cannot. I cannot put my phone away either and nor can I move around. My cursor will remain on screen. The only thing I can do is f8 quit.

Reproduction:
1. Open Phone

2. Go to dynasty 8 app

3. Go to contact and fill form

   1. Pick quotes

   2. pick any option from "how would you like the quote to be done"

   3. Pick house (you do not need to reach the submit page)

Expected: Be able to close the webpage when u click "close website" or Close All"

Actual:What's listed in the description occurs
