Fucked phone

This has only happened this server restart prior during first storm this morning nothing like this was happening, 3 times today my phone has broken in city on my crim where people get my calls and texts can see jobs queued up they are answering the phone but its still ringing for me and i cant hear them when they try to talk after on their side they are answering. Until this is fixed i can not use my character at all as it only was happening on my crim Sami Jackson, i went on my cop character to see it was happening there but i could call and talk to people.

Reproduction steps:
1. log in select character
2. attempt to call some one their end they answer but all you hear and see is the phone continuing to ring. or invite some one to Linkup app and never see them join select a job and que for it they see you queing for it you dont.
3. buy a new phone drop your old one still does the same thing.

4. you give up

Expected Behavior:

The phone works and you can do stuff and make calls and que for jobs.

Actual Behavior:

Doesnt work wont connect calls only on my end wont show jobs queued up or people attached to you in your app.
