Fleeca Trays + Drill Hack Issue

Description: The money trays didn't load in for our Fleeca job and I can only assume this also caused the drill hack to be bugged too as it just swallowed our drill and did nothing, only after re-logging the money trays re-appeared but because I tried the drill hack whilst the trays were gone, upon return it said the safety deposit boxes were already drilled when they weren't. I'm not sure if it had anything to do with the previous issue I raised here (I'll link below) but I doubt it since it actually allowed me to move freely afterwards this time around and last time the trays weren't missing.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Claim Fleeca job and follow normal steps (obtain keys etc...)
2. Arrive at Fleeca and do USB hack as normal (wait 5 minutes)
3. Enter back door and notice trays missing and drill hack doing nothing.
4. Relog and trays will re-appear.

Expected Behaviour: Money trays appear as they should.

Actual Behaviour: Money trays missing and drill hack scuffed.
