Fleeca bug/time

Twice we had to start our job picking up the key at Harmony fleeca and Twice there was no key to be found. The queue then was way too long and often randomly kicked people right as it was time to accept job, meaning we wasted a total of 5 hours to not even fully attempt a bank. very deflating.
