Fleeca bug/time

Bug ReportsMedium Priority

Twice we had to start our job picking up the key at Harmony fleeca and Twice there was no key to be found. The queue then was way too long and often randomly kicked people right as it was time to accept job, meaning we wasted a total of 5 hours to not even fully attempt a bank. very deflating.

I’ve seen other people scare the guard off, I’ve seen them miles away from the spot. Honestly it should be like before where he spawns on when your close and you mug him standing still. It’s too buggy / unpredictable and unnecessary when you take into account the fleeca queues being 6+ hours.
