Fix boost cancelling upon the hacker head-popping.

Adding a time limit/frame for the hackers who get kicked for idle/mouse afk while hacking boosts.

As a hacker, be it for my own boosts or for other people’s boosts, I’ve gotten kicked for mouse afk so many times and as a result of this, I’ve lost so much SVC & time & money - especially when it’s my own boost because once I get back into the city, the boost force cancels and the car goes poof.

My suggestion would be to add a 5 minute time limit for the hackers to get back into the city before the boost force cancels. At the moment, the issue only happens when i’m hacking and it’s MY boost and I head pop or I get kicked.

This would greatly benefit the people who hack for their own boosts because they can’t drive for shit so someone else is driving and they are hacking. Plus, there’s already a 5 minute grace period for when people head pop while in queue - before they’re kicked out of the queue. So please add that to head popping while already in a boost.
