Fix Batons please

Description: You cannot use the baton unless you right-click on someone before equipping the baton. Otherwise, you are unable to swing or do anything except run with it. This sucks especially when you’re in a fight or getting attacked and you need to right-click before pulling out your baton so you can fight back.

Step 1: Pullout the baton and attempt to swing it on someone

Step 2: Put the baton away and then right-click on someone

Step 3: Pull the baton out again and now you can finally swing it
