Few Little things

Firstly let me start with this server has been a breathe of fresh air for me over the last 2 weeks, the hack didnt bother me too much and the server seems to have recovered well from it. Anyway, heres my few suggestions.

1. Give Item on 3rd eye would be a massive help
2. A public car park in Harmony would be great
3. Give the Scrapping cars more options, i seem to get the same cars alot but cars like the Ruiner, Dukes, Felon are pretty hard to find. Maybe some kinda rep system with it.

    1. I think this was already suggested and is in the works

    2. There is one at Tom's but having one at CNC would def be nice

    3. I found learning spawn locations and times help with cars that are harder to fine. I also think adding new cars to the list and or even switching out the locals that spawn with new cars as example - switching the sultan spawn with maybe a kumara

      And the chop cars are all meant to be easy to find sometimes. You can find all those vehicles pretty easily with some work.
