Fell through world
Was standing in a warehouse scrolling through Instagram when I started to fall through the map. I landed on the roof of the warehouse so essentially the same location but hit the roof and died. Woke up at pillbox after respawning instanced. Could not see other players, and they could not see me.
Reproduce:
Enter warehouse
Do anything….
Fall through map
More of a random occurrence than one that can be duplicated.

Change the z on the warehouse to -25. See if it continues to happen. It seems like the whole shell is phasing out. Also, to fix people not seeing you, just use the /logout command, and relog back in.
