Fell through the Void next to VPD

While running on the sidewalk next to VPD (on SA side), I fell through the void. Once landing on the street next to the VPD (SA side), I ran to not get hit again on the sidewalk and fell through the void and landed next to the cells. The first time I fell through the void, I was just before the parking area on the side of the building. The second, I was about two or three parking spots in before I fell next to the cells.
