Fake Plate Usage

Can we please make a use of license plates besides just using as a fake plate? The Current system allows us to get from chopping vehicles, and use the plates in races, chases, etc. I feel like that's an awesome usage, but I would love maybe even an extra step to break them down into more materials or trade in for something?

Idea: Maybe we can take it to the smelting place and it breaks down into more random assorted materials?

Would be a cool way for us to get more use out of them.
