Fake ID

The other day I was thinking about cool businesses I could put in an application for. With civ roles like PD etc. you should have a clear criminal record, but what about crim businesses?

Specifically, I had a really cool idea that I (or someone, even a local to be fair) could create fake IDs that might be able to get people out of police interactions when being questioned or other scenarios.
