Extend third eye / targeting range slightly

SuggestionsMedium Priority

Extend the range of the third eye range slightly so we can reach across counters to tip those working.

Currently most/all counters are too wide to target and "give cash" to the person on the other side. Seems easier to adjust the range than change all the counters.

Bumped up. These counters should be reported as a bug because they're too high anyway.
