Evidence System extremely slow - Reports from 2021 still in system

Description: Evidence system is extremely slow

Reproduction steps:
1. Get evidence (blood / bullet)
2. Run evidence at -2 VPD
3. Wait for evidence to be added to database
4. View evidence

Expected behaviour: Much Faster return
Actual behavior: Can take up to a minute to return & prepare / open the menu

Wondering if this is because there are hundreds of reports dating back to 2021 and it has to look them all up / load them before presenting the menu? if this is whats clogging it up / making it load slow could we clear out all the old stuff that is no longer relevant?
