Evidence System extremely slow - Reports from 2021 still in system
Description: Evidence system is extremely slow
Reproduction steps:
1. Get evidence (blood / bullet)
2. Run evidence at -2 VPD
3. Wait for evidence to be added to database
4. View evidence
Expected behaviour: Much Faster return
Actual behavior: Can take up to a minute to return & prepare / open the menu
Wondering if this is because there are hundreds of reports dating back to 2021 and it has to look them all up / load them before presenting the menu? if this is whats clogging it up / making it load slow could we clear out all the old stuff that is no longer relevant?

So yeah when you run the casing or the blood it does take time and notifies you when it's done. However once it's done and you go to view the evidence report it takes ages to load the menu and causes what I think is NUI lag as seen below:

main reason its doing that is because the menu is trying to load all 21,000 evidence reports at once as we still have reports from 2021 as seen here

Sometimes on scenes we pick up like 50 pieces of evidence which could take 3hrs to run with how slow the menu is

Sorry to clarify, not the delay when it runs the blood as that's the intended delay - the delay to open the menu when it tells you the report is ready and you click the 'Get Evidence Reports' menu item when you target the DNA machine.
That delay is unintended from my understanding and makes it hard to deal with running/viewing multiple reports

It would be cool if the system could be redone so we don't need to go through a bunch of alt menus to take screenshots. Running a bunch of casings takes you longer to get screenshots than it does to actually wait for the reports to finish.

I think it is safe to delete all reports over three months old. May want to hold onto others especially with discord links soon being removed just on the rare chance they are needed in any pending cases/trials.

Maybe delete reports older than a month? Most just take pictures of the report it spits out any way?
