Evidence for house robberies

Add evidence of the door's lock being tampered with for house robberies.

Reason:

Right now I think the only way is with the hand scratches, which is all well and good but I think it would be better if PD were able to see some kind of evidence on the door that it has been tampered with. This could also possibly extend to cars so that the PD can actually show a person lock picked the car door, but I don't think it would be too powerful as some doors are unlocked or you can window smash into them so the lockpick scratches wouldn't show.
