everything keeps falling off

a week ago i bought me a Benefactor Schwartzer after i bought it i fully upgraded it and did cosmetics on it. it lasted about a week after that i was pumping gas at 68 gas station and everything fell off. Livery, side skirts, grill, roof, exhaust and all my performance upgrades. only the front/back bumper, spoiler, wheels, fin, and seats stay on

after they fell off i re-did them a second time, parked the car in a public garage and then left it standing on the cnc parking lot. and it happend again. everything just fell off again.
