EMS Banana Bags not working for certain types of alcohol

EMS 'Banana bags' have no effect on sobering patients up after drinking certain types of alcohol like 'Harmony Hooch' and certain drinks from the VU. I have tried using them on people multiple times and they remain drunk for hours until storm. Gave a lady 8 banana bags the other night over the space of a few hours and it did nothing until server reset. Had 2 more patients who drank drinks from the VU and after multiple banana bags they were still drunk all night. Is this a bug?
