Emergency First Response VET course/certificate/licence - to aid downed animals

I would love to be able to provide first aid or CPR to animals that were hurt/injured/killed. If we could pay to pass a test like with the fishing licence and gun licence, then we'd have an Animal Rescue licence and be able to administer CPR to revive fallen creatures around the map.

Maybe sometimes they would be too far gone, and we could put them in the car and drive them to an animal hospital/clinic facility so they could give them proper care (revive them fully).

I understand this can be time consuming and requires people to be available for the hospital version, so I would be happy if it was even just the licence version and people can choose to go for it or not.

I just get sad whenever I accidentally hit a creature and end up escorting it to a nearby bush on the side of the road.. Wish I could do more to help them after the fact

If we can't limit the script to just animals, perhaps we can extend it to reviving locals too, would be nice.
