Electrician/Technician Blackout Pay/Experience

Give electricians/technicians more money and/or experience if they beat locals to completing a blackout job.

Currently, if you are in the middle of a job, even if you’re mid-finishing the task, if a blackout occurs, you do not get your pay, and you’re told to report to the blackout station. This is one pay and experience loss. Then, you have to drive to the power plants and solve. Normally, only 2-4 electricians are ever bothering to solve the blackout. Then, we get our normal pay ($150ish) and normal experience (1-2exp) for roughly 10x the work, plus, having our current job interrupted and losing the pay experience for that.

I understand RP is about the roleplay, and it’s about the journey, it’s not about money and experience. With that being said, we are being penalized for “helping the city” do their job. We lose out on compensation, and then do not receive fair compensation. Half of the time, electricians treat power outages as unpaid breaks.
