Dynasty 8 - Warehouse / House remodels (Posting to be better organized)

Creating this for Flawws and the dev team to more easily stay organized with the request.

Suggestion.
Create a (Refund options) for D8 agents that sends the money back into the client's bank account. (For remodels & warehouse upgrades.)

1. F1 muscle (only realtors can do) go to front door, click (Upgrade Refund)
2. Deletes the property and send the money to the bank account needed.

Things to consider.
1. Money can't go to the D8 bank account due to the relators not being able to access it. (Only management can for obvious reasons.)
2. How do we avoid clients (players) from being bozo's and just running away with the money? (Could be handles IC sort of)
