Dynasty 8 (Property transfer log not sending complete info)

The Dynasty 8 bot that sends us a log when someone transfers a property is not sending the complete information. We need this info for subpoenas etc. I am making a bug report so its cleaner and easier to be fixed. = )

Not steps.

Expected result.
is the persons CID and full name in the (New owner) info area.

Actual result.
is the person who the house if being transferred we only see the CID of.
