Dynasty 8 MDT or Something Similar

Description of Suggestion:
A Dynasty 8 MDT where we can log quotes, log sales, track finance agreements and whether people have paid it off or not, look up properties we’ve sold, see when people transfer properties into someone else’s name, see if a property has garage slots/smartlocks and ect.

Property Sales
Be able to log who sold the property, date of sale, type of sale (House, Warehouse, Condo, Office), street address, sale price, who it was sold to (full name, cid, dob, phone number) and add pictures of the property/location.

Quotes
- Be able to log the realtor requesting the quote, client’s full name & phone number, estimated price, interior type, add pictures and a section for any notes about the quote.
- A way to put in quotes to be approved by quote approvers.
- Make sure a realtor has proper approval permissions to approve or deny a quote (I.E Tier 1 quote approvers can approve their own trailers, their own zone 2, 4 & 6 houses and their own xs warehouses)

Commissions & Quotas
- Track how many sales (property and misc) a realtor had in a month
- Track when they meet the monthly commission cap
- Track commissions to be paid out each week
- A way to split commissions (If a realtor quotes a property but another realtor sells it)

Finances
- Track when someone has paid off their finance
- Track when a finance is overdue
- Alert when a property can be repo’d because of unpaid finance


Reason:
Currently to log everything I’ve mentioned above we use spreadsheets with a ton of information in them along with numerous channels in the Dynasty 8 discord. I believe this could help cut back on the time we have to log things while not actually in the game window because of the numerous spreadsheets we have to tab out and update. Basically make things faster and more streamlined so we can focus more on roleplay. It feels like most of the time when I’m clocked in on my D8 character it’s just paperwork on top of paperwork making sure everything is correct and accurate.
