Dynasty 8 - Financing does not create a bank transaction.

When we sell the house as a Dynasty 8 with financing it does not create a bank transaction. It will charge the player but not create any type of charge in the bank account.

Steps
Sell the client the house as a Dynasty realtor through F1.

Expected result.
Create bank transaction of the tax charged and the down payment charged.

Actual result.
Just charges the account with no banking record at all.
