Duplicated Photography lights

Description:
was working on my reshade shaders and had my lights out to test properly, went to put them away to swap to a char that has a phone, and had them get stuck, upon replace + put away again, i duplicated and got a 3rd light.

Replication steps:
1: press 6 to pick up lights
2: press 2 to "put" in inventory properly
3: still attached to hand
4: place down again to try remove from hand
5: place both by mistake (panic!)
6: its gone! but now i have 3?

Expected behaviour: Lights not to get stuck on hand + duplicate on trying to put in inventory

what actually happened: Light got stuck and duplicated, so i now have 3 lights.
