Dukes Customization - Secondary Paint Type "Chrome" not saving.

Description: As a player, when I customize the secondary paint type on a "DUKE" I would like it to save after storing and retrieving the vehicle from a public parking garage.

Repro Steps:

1) Apply the primary paint type "matte" with Black 100%

2) Apply the secondary paint type "chrome" with Black 90% (one less than pure black)

3)Observe the trim and other secondary areas of the vehicle colored properly

4) Commit the cosmetic changes

5) Park the car in a public parking garage

6) Retrieve the vehicle from the garage

7) Observe the secondary paint type and color now match the primary.

Expected Behavior:
The secondary paint type "chrome" and color should persist after storing the vehicle and retrieving it

Actual Behavior

The secondary paint type and color are reverting to match the primary paint type and color
