Drug Run Car not spawning

When doing Drug run's sometimes when u get the vinewood bowl spawn for the car the car doesn't spawn also seems that boost have the same spawn location as the drug car and that could also be a problem

Start the drug run
Get the plane and fly to where the spot is (vinewood bowl)
Try and look for the car and its not there

Car should spawn
