"Drone's not working"/ Rockstar Editor Recorder

Rockstars feature for recording in game is either bugged or disabled or something. I'm not entirely sure if it's server side or rockstar side (i'm not knowledgable) I have confirmed if other photographers & Videographers face the same issue and it's an "everyone thing"

1. Press the keybind to start the recording

2. Press the keybind to end the recording

3. Logout of Echo and go into replay editor and view your clip

Expected Behaviour: From the moment you tap the initial keybind to start the recording the recording timer starts and after the minimum of 3 seconds for a recording is complete once tapping the keybind to end the recording, then ends the recording and saves the file/clip.

Actual Behaviour: The timer isn't filling at all and once you end the recording you receive an error message saying "Failed to save clip must be at least 3 seconds"

Once the meter wasn't filling I noticed it was an issue and it's not client side. that is the error in pictures. other meter picture is what's supposed to happen.
