Driving School

Idea: It would be great to have a system with driving instructors to help new players pass the written and road tests. It could also service people who have gotten their driver's license taken away to go through a road test but with a person instead of a local.

Reason: I remember when I first joined the server, when I was trying to pass the theory test I would sit there for an hour spending all my starting cash trying to brute force the answers because there was no way I could know all the traffic laws. I assume that I was not alone in this experience as some others came to the DMV while I was taking the test asking for answers. A physical building and a traffic school course could also create a great opportunity for legal driving RP (which is very rare). Maybe after completing a traffic school course, someone could get their license reinstated earlier or something.

I first thought about this after putting off getting my driver's license IRL. The whole experience was a little stressful but also very fun.
