DOJ/Lawyers Directory and Payphone in Prison

Suggestion: To add a payphone with access to call only available lawyers for prisoners in the prison.

Reason: Sometimes DOC are just not available when some prisoners can be around so having a way for them to call a lawyer would be helpful and beneficial. DOC are sometimes are just not able to contact any available lawyers as well.

DOC are simply not around at all hours, much to the point, same with lawyers, but at least prisoners wouldn't have to wait for the middleman in this sense. They wouldn't be able to visit face to face until DOC are around, but at least phone calls should be able to happen.
