DNA Swab Machine

Description

Add a machine or something in the -3 cell block of VPD we could third eye with or interact with to give us a DNA swab instead of having to go to the armory all the time

Reason

Many times we need to swab someone in the cell block and we have to leave our suspect to run upstairs to grab one, come back down, go back up to the lab, come back down which can be very tedious at times. Having a vending machine type of thing in the cells that when we third eye it gives us one would just be incredibly helpful. We do have soap dispenser props on the walls down there which doesn't do anything, so having it dispense a swab would be very helpful for us.

Additional Context

Most officers won't carry swabs on them because of how infrequently we need them and because of how fast until they fall apart and can't be used anymore. It just takes up pocket space
