Dispatch not deleting calls once code 4'd

Description: Dispatch not deleting calls once code 4'd unless you detach everyone.

Reproduction steps:

1. Have people attached to a call

2. Select the option to code 4 the call

3. The call will disappear but close and reopen the MDT

Expected behaviour:

The call should be gone as it was code 4'd

Actual behaviour:

The call will stay active for you if there are people still on it and you have to remove them individually to be able to fully code 4 the call.
