Dish washing Prision
So this suggestion will have a lot of down votes, however its how I feel.
The dishwashing job, it feels very very lqrp... why? because the individual is limitingly just stood in a corner not moving constantly doing dishes just to get the time reduced, yes I know people want something to reduce time but I feel it needs to be slightly more interactive than just standing and cleaning.
Example,
the person needs to either go to the right side to collect dishes or out in the cafeteria to collect the dishes then bring them back to clean.
Now yes i know a lot of crims will be like nah, but when doc are around its bare minimum interaction with DOC at times, and with them moving around yes they may not interact with doc more but its more than just stood in a corner doing not much apart from constantly (essentially spamming) dishes

There have been many times where I’m in prison trying to to with the guards for them to be busy or borderline afk so then I go and do dishes. Please talk and Rp with me while I do my prison job. The problem of low Rp in prison exists from both sides.

While we are on the topic of LQRP I think phones should be change. I’m tired of riding around and just seeing groups of people standing around on the phone doing absolutely nothing. Or the LQRP from gangs that just want GP/RP. Or the LQRP from the black market being gatekept from normal groups of crims. But we are worried about some dishes in prison.

Everytime ive gone to prison a DOC will tell me "do you want coffees/caffeine" without me even being in the kitchen ultimately them wanting or expecting us to do that. I dont understand why we should be at fault for spamming dishes when were always being give stuff to go do them faster like wut?
