Disable bikes from doing wheelies

Description: Since returning, the times I have seen people on bikes, both cops and crims. Ive noticed wheelies being done to go over barriers that are unrealistic. Bikes are already very fast and the damage of them is still too high in my opinion. I think wheelies on bikes should be disabled across the board. Cops and crims would not like it if someone does what I show in the proof below

Reason: Shaking a cop bike and them just hopping a median as big as them and then accelerating to 80+ mph to catch up is over powered. Crims hopping on a bike to escape and wheeling over a wall for a cop to not be able to follow is also OP.
